Service Description

These sessions offer a fun way to support developing social skills, confidence, health, well being and physical literacy for participants. These sessions also help a child associate healthy physical activity as a fun thing to do, and support the development of lifelong healthy choices as an adult.

Classes can be booked up to 1 hour before any session on any day. However should you need to cancel we accept 3 days notice in order for you to obtain a refund. You can reschedule a class up to 3 days ahead of any booking you may make.
